Authority
Central registry of the Order

AAHA Authority maintains the official internal registry of approved countries, International Order bodies, companies, institutions, Aahans, departments, Crown records and institutional documents.
Approval
Application and approval path

An applicant enters through a recorded request, review by the relevant AAHA body, advisory input when required, a final approval path and registry placement. The record identifies where the approved entity sits within the five-level Order.
Orders
Royal Order records

Royal Orders are preserved with the original request, comments and advisory votes from the Royal Advisers who participated at the time, department comments, the King’s final decision, signature, seal, implementation updates and later amendments. Future Orders use all active Royal Advisers unless a recorded recusal applies.
Continuity
Records beyond individuals

The Authority’s purpose is continuity. A decision should remain traceable even when advisers, departments or projects change. The record preserves who acted, what was decided, why it was decided and what happened afterward.
