How a country seeks entry
A country seeking participation submits an application to AAHA. The relevant bodies review the request, record terms and responsibilities, and place an approved country into the AAHA registry.
Structure
A separate model for every country
Level Five is repeated independently for every approved country. Departments, companies and institutions sit within that country and connect to citizens and Aahans through its recorded AAHA governance structure.
Orders
Implementation of King’s Orders
When a Royal Order applies to approved countries, the International Order coordinates the international layer and the relevant country departments implement the order within their country structure. Progress and exceptions are recorded.

Country accountability
AAHA records application status, approval terms, responsible departments, order implementation, comments, reports, amendments, suspension and withdrawal for each participating country.
