A clear initial message can be routed without requiring sensitive personal data. Attachments should be necessary and from a trusted device.

Corrections and records requests
For a correction, quote the exact statement or link, explain the issue and provide a reliable source where available. AAHA will distinguish a factual error, a reasonable disagreement and a change that occurred after publication.
For a record request, describe the document, approximate date and purpose. Access remains subject to privacy, safeguarding, security, legal and legitimate confidentiality limits.
Safety
Verify before acting
Contact the official email independently if someone requests money, documents or commitments while claiming an AAHA role. Do not rely only on contact details contained in the message being checked. Never share a password, one-time code, private key or full payment-card details.
AAHA does not sell international immunity, state approval, guaranteed citizenship, bank licences or world institutions approval.
Limits
Emergency and specialist limits
AAHA’s contact channel is not an emergency service. In immediate danger, contact the competent local emergency, police, medical, child-protection or animal-welfare authority.
