Level One
The Crown
King Manuki alone holds the Crown. No adviser, institution, vote or lower governance level shares kingship. The King is the permanent centre of Royal decision-making in the current AAHA model.
Level Two
Royal Advisory Team
The current advisers are Zuzuk, Reflee, Medveru, Rasant, Pumbus and Japtinja. They have equal rights to comment and cast one advisory vote. The team may grow through new Royal appointments without changing the King’s unique position.
Level Three
Advisory Circles
Flexible specialist circles provide expertise to the King and Royal Advisers. Their membership can change according to the problem being examined.
Level Four
International Order of AAHA
Approved worldwide organizations and cross-country structures operate at Level Four, coordinating AAHA activity across countries.
Level Five
Country Governance
Each approved country receives its own governance model. Departments, companies and institutions operate inside that country layer and connect implementation to citizens and Aahans.
Decision system
Royal Orders
Royal Advisers comment and vote to help move a proposal toward decision. Their votes are advisory. King Manuki reviews the comments and may accept, reject, override or set aside the tally before issuing the final Royal Decision.
