Level One
The Crown
King Manuki is the one King and the final Royal decision-maker. Team size, vote totals and future appointments do not divide the Crown.
Level Two
Royal Advisory Team
The current sitting order is Zuzuk → Reflee → Medveru → Rasant → King Manuki → Pumbus → Japtinja. The six Royal Advisers have the same advisory voting rights and may Support, Oppose or Abstain with written reasons. Future appointed advisers join on the same advisory basis.
Level Three
Advisory Circles
Specialists, companies, institutions, researchers and temporary bodies can be called into flexible Advisory Circles when the King or Royal Advisory Team needs additional expertise.
Level Four
International Order of AAHA
The International Order of AAHA organizes approved worldwide bodies, institutions, programmes and cross-country structures above individual country implementation.
Level Five
Country Governance
Every approved country has its own departments, companies and institutions serving citizens and Aahans. Country implementation is recorded for traceability.
Decision flow
Comments, votes and the King
Advisory comments and votes are a structured way to examine proposals, reveal disagreement and move work forward. They never bind the Crown. King Manuki may pass an Order against opposition, reject an Order despite unanimous support, amend it or set the advisory result aside and decide independently.
