The International Order connects AAHA’s central governance to approved country structures. It can organize multinational institutions, research networks, healthcare structures, environmental programmes, financial systems and other worldwide bodies.
Approval
Entry into the International Order
An international organization or institution may apply to join. AAHA reviews the request, responsibilities, scope and reporting requirements before an approved body is entered into the registry.
Orders
Royal Order coordination
When a Royal Order has international scope, the International Order can coordinate distribution, common standards, cross-country reporting and implementation support while each country retains its own Level Five execution record.
Records
Transparent membership
The public registry should identify the body, approval date, responsible AAHA authority, scope, countries involved and current status of each approved International Order participant.
