Flexible expertise
Anything useful to the Crown and team
Advisory Circles may include scientists, researchers, doctors, economists, engineers, companies, universities, institutions, cultural experts, security specialists, temporary commissions or individual advisers. Different Circles may exist for different problems.
Boundary
Advisory Circles do not share the Crown
Participation in an Advisory Circle does not automatically make someone a Royal Adviser and never grants kingship. The Crown remains with King Manuki; permanent Royal Advisory Team membership is created only by Royal appointment.
Royal Orders
Specialist consultation
When a Royal Order needs deeper expertise, the King or any responsible Royal Adviser may request an Advisory Circle assessment. The report may be attached to the public Order history. The Circle does not have a binding vote unless the King expressly asks for a separate consultative tally.
