AAHA Personal Triangle Insurance

One person. One lifelong Personal Triangle. AAHA insurance follows the individual rather than a family plan, employer or insurer: free before employment, exactly 1% of salary while employed, free when unemployed and free after retirement.

Personal Triangle

One individual cover for life

AAHA Personal Triangle Insurance is individual. There is no family pool and no shared family limit. Every person carries their own insurance identity, coverage, contribution history, claim history and points from childhood through employment, unemployment and retirement.

The 1% is an insurance contribution, not an income tax. When employment ends, the contribution stops. The former employer has no continuing obligation, while the individual's insurance remains active.

One insurance

Personal Triangle coverage

The basic Personal Triangle combines the everyday protection most closely connected to one person's life into one insurance record.

Coverage typeBasic Personal Triangle cover
HealthEligible individual medical and healthcare events.
AccidentEligible personal accident treatment and covered accident loss.
MobileOne registered personal mobile phone.
LaptopOne registered personal laptop or computer.
Personal carOne registered personal car.
Salary protectionUp to three months of the last verified salary after qualifying job loss while the Aahan searches for new employment.
Lifetime continuityCoverage does not disappear because a job, sponsor or participating insurer changes.

Additional vehicles, devices, commercial property or luxury assets may use optional additional protection and do not enlarge the basic one-person cover.

Triangle Ladder

Anyone eligible may sponsor the employed person's 1%

The employed Aahan may pay the 1% personally. A parent, family member, friend, employer, company, institution or registered Triangle group may instead voluntarily sponsor the full monthly contribution.

SponsorMay sponsor?Triangle reward
Parent / family memberYes+1 point per fully sponsored person-month
FriendYes+1 point per fully sponsored person-month
Employer / companyYes, voluntarily+1 point per fully sponsored employee-month
Institution / registered Triangle groupYes+1 point per fully sponsored person-month

One fully sponsored person-month creates one sponsor point. Sponsorship gives no ownership over the insurance, no right to control a claim and no right to cancel the person's coverage.

A paid and claim-free month may also add one Personal Insurance Point to the Aahan's own record, so a full paid and claim-free year records 12 personal points.

Job transition

Three months of salary protection

If a verified employed Aahan loses the job, the 1% employment contribution stops and normal insurance becomes free. The Personal Triangle may then replace up to three months of the person's last verified salary to provide a job-search bridge.

If new employment begins before the three-month period ends, salary protection stops when the new employment income begins. Insurance remains attached to the person throughout the transition.

Claim protection

AAHA Premium Return Guarantee

A participating insurer should either settle a valid covered claim or stand behind the premiums it accepted. If a qualifying covered claim is rejected outside an authorized catastrophe procedure or established fraud case, the AAHA system may immediately present a Return My Premiums action to the insured Aahan.

The protected return covers all eligible premiums actually paid into that individual's Personal Triangle from the first paid contribution up to the qualifying rejected claim. The duration does not matter: the return can apply from the second day of paid cover through thirty years or any other eligible paid period.

Premiums paid personally or by a sponsor are treated as contributions to the insured person's Personal Triangle, and the Premium Return Guarantee returns the eligible premium history to the insured Aahan. When a participating private insurer triggers this return through a qualifying rejection, all positive insurer-performance points earned from that Personal Triangle during the covered history are removed from that insurer and returned to Crown Insurance. Sponsor Triangle Ladder points are separate from insurer-performance points.

Insurer actionAAHA result
Valid covered claim paid promptlyPositive insurer performance points
Qualifying claim wrongfully rejectedAll eligible premiums returned + negative insurer points + that Personal Triangle's insurer-performance points returned to Crown Insurance
Repeated serious misconductAdditional negative points, review, suspension or removal from AAHA participation may follow.
Declared mass natural catastropheHandled through the AAHA catastrophe procedure rather than an automatic ordinary-claim return workflow.

Competition

Companies compete; Crown Insurance guarantees continuity

Approved insurance companies may compete to serve Personal Triangles under the same AAHA rules. Their public performance may be compared through claim speed, service quality, positive points, negative points and Premium Return events.

If no participating company accepts or adequately serves an eligible Personal Triangle, Crown Insurance becomes the insurer of last resort, covers the cost under the AAHA framework and receives the service-performance points generated by successfully carrying that responsibility.

The person—not the insurance company—remains the permanent center of the system.

Royal Order

AAHA/2027/002 schedules the Personal Triangle Insurance system

King Manuki entered the Personal Triangle Insurance Order into the Royal Order Register on 8 August 2026, with implementation scheduled for 1 January 2027. The complete royal letter, comments, advisory votes, coverage tables, sponsorship rules, lifetime Premium Return Guarantee and Order History are preserved in the Royal Order Register.

AAHA governance record

Kingdom AAHA

AAHA is the Kingdom of the World in its founding canon, governed by King Manuki at the Crown with an expanding Royal Advisory Team and a documented five-level Order.

Knowledge guides the Crown, prosperity sustains life, and protective power defends the Order.

Five-Level Order

Level One is the Crown, held only by King Manuki. Level Two is the expanding Royal Advisory Team. Level Three contains flexible Advisory Circles. Level Four is the International Order of AAHA. Level Five is country governance.

Royal Advisory Team

The current Royal Advisers are Zuzuk, Reflee, Medveru, Rasant, Pumbus and Japtinja. Every active Royal Adviser has the same right to comment and cast one advisory vote. King Manuki may appoint additional advisers as AAHA grows.

Royal Orders

Adviser comments and votes help the Crown examine an Order, but they never bind the King. After listening to the record, King Manuki may accept the advisory result, reject it, override it, set it aside, amend the proposal or make an independent Royal Decision. No adviser, majority or vote shares the Crown.

Country Governance

Each approved country operates its own structure of departments, companies and institutions serving citizens and Aahans. Entry into the AAHA structure is recorded through application, review, approval and registry.

Royal Economy

Central Bank of AAHA — CBA is the monetary authority, AAHA COIN is the value-backed currency, AAHA Tax defines the taxation model, and Royal Bank of AAHA — RBA operates banking units under CBA supervision within AAHA.

Public Record Principle

AAHA preserves comments, advisory votes, Royal Decisions and implementation records. Historical Orders keep the participants and vote totals recorded when those Orders were issued; future Orders use the active Royal Advisory Team at the time of review.
